Yes, fuel is included for all our private boat tours to sightsee, snorkel Peanut Island, or enjoy a sunset cruise. However, additional fuel charges WILL be added for custom trips that include offshore fishing or exceed the boundaries of Southern Blvd. to PGA Blvd.
Our spacious 25' center console has a 6 max passenger limit due to Coast Guard regulations.

Yes! We allow dogs but there is a $65 fee and they MUST be under 30lbs.
Yes! We encourage you to bring your own food and beverages in a soft-sided cooler, but please NO glass.
Yes! Alcohol is allowed for 21+ in moderation and at your own risk. Sun exposure makes alcohol have a stronger effect. If you become inebriated, the captain can cut your trip short without a refund for the unused time.
Yes, but you do not need to wear one unless there is an emergency! However, any child age 6 or younger is required to wear one while underway, per the United States Coast Guard. Please let us know beforehand if you have a child onboard so we can make sure to have the proper-sized lifejacket for them to wear.
Yes! If the captain is available, you may extend the charter at $150 per hour plus tax and gratuity. You can make payment via zelle, venmo, or cash on the boat.
For your convenience, we will charge an 18% gratuity along with any required Florida State Taxes before departure so you don't have to worry about it after the charter. Payment is accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or cash. If the experience was superb and you would like to leave more, it is very much appreciated. If you were disappointed with your cruise for any reason, request the gratuity back and we will refund you immediately and address the situation.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled departure to receive a full refund.
Any cancellation made within 72 hours of your tour — including same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals — will be charged the full amount of the tour. This is because your reservation blocks that time slot and prevents us from booking the tour with another party.
We never operate in unsafe conditions such as thunder, lightning, or high winds. Because the weather in South Florida changes quickly, we wait as close to departure as possible before making any decisions. Light rain doesn’t stop us. If it is determined that we must cancel the tour, you’ll have the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Palm Beach Boat Tours reserves the right to change or cancel your scheduled tour based on weather and unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event this occurs, we will offer to reschedule or provide you with a 100% refund.
Assumption of Risk:
Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of boating activities which include but are not limited to collision, weather changes, and potential for injury. If you have any pre-existing conditions it is recommended to consult your physician before boarding.
Right to Refuse Service:
The operator has the right to refuse service to disorderly individuals or those who break rules.
